Terliat masyarakat kerap melakukan gotoroyong disaat rusak diterjang banjir, dan jembatan itu kerap digunakan masyarakat umum seperti para petani, serta juga dilalui oleh Pelajar SD, SMP dan SMA ke arah pusat kecamatan setempat.
Salah satu warga setempat Safari kepada Politikaceh.co mengatakan sangat berharap adanya tindakan langsung dari pemerintah dan pihak terkait, guna kenyamanan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.

Selain itu warga juga mengatakan pada tahun lalu jembatan itu pernah makan korban disaat melitas tiba-tiba jembatan abruk. ” Salah satu warga pernah musibah di jembatan itu, disaat melintas tiba tiba abruk, dan korban sampai sekarang masih dalam perawatan.
